  -All home items wear out over time including windows, furnace, hot water tank, chimney, sump pumps, doors, roof, siding and more. We can help you to decide if repairs or replacement of expensive items in your home are necessary and make sense. All in one report.
  -We also show you where your water, electricy and gas shutoffs are. Just in case.
